with 'MUCH'
As the only non-religious hall available for hire by the residents of Undy and Magor, it was soon realized that the Community Hub, as proposed by the MUCH group, would be able to offer similar but larger facilities.
The MUCH group had it made it clear from the start that, although there would eventually be an overlap in offerings, it would try to collaborate so that both The Hub and Memorial Hall would operate sympathetically.
In 2019, the Trustees of the Memorial Hall, who were retiring after many years of service, invited the Trustees of MUCH to take on the role, providing they sustain the culture and identity of the Hall.
MUCH Trustees, who are now also Trustees of the Memorial Hall, were delighted to be asked to do this and intend to ensure that the two facilities are under one management process so that residents get the best deal for whatever use they are looking for.
